Hi DaniiB, I have an E350e and find downloading no problem. I purchaesd the usb cable and a cd from techfocus.co.uk. There is an easy to follow instruction guide on the cd, must be easy I have done it. On the CD you get hundreds of wallpapers and emotions, plus lots of songs to download. Cost was 7.50 ish inc potsage, delivery was extremely quick, order processed on the monday and I received it on the tuesday.
    Hope this helps.

Hi, I also own a Samsung E350 and I never had any difficulty loading mp3 into the phone. You can buy a USB cable, but I used the phone\'s infra red connection to transfer mp3 from my laptop onto it. Infra red is a bit slow for a 4-5MB mp3, but nevertheless it works perfectly. I just switch on the phone\'s infra red connection and align it to my laptop\'s infra red port. Windows XP automatically recognises the phone and establishes a connection. Then just right click on the mp3 you want to send to your phone and a pop-down menu appears: click the option \'send to nearby computer\'. The phone will ask you whether you want to accept the file; you just have to click \'Yes\' and that\'s it; transfer begins automatically. It\'s even easier with the USB cable as the computer will recognize the phone as a USB mass storage device (i.e. as if the phone were a USB flash pen drive). Hope this information is useful to you.
