I did a negative review on this Bosch product in June of '05 and believe it is good to follow up with a balancing view 8 months later.
Sears since bailed Bosch out. They initially wanted to replace parts but then decided to replace the entire unit. Leaks were the installer's error so watch that guy regardless of the appliance.
We are now extremely happy with the unit's performance. By using the rinse cycle first, we do no rinsing ourselves. Quiet, the Whirlpool we had could not be run while using the TV in the next room. With the Bosch we are constantly going over to it an putting our ear to it to make sure it was turned on. (I think they since added a light) After a bumpy start we are very happy with it. Sears may be a lousy customer (I sell to them) but our local store is great.
