General Comments
I have had winter viruses, one after the other and had lots of headaches, headaches and pain have caused my blood pressure to rise. As a result I've been anxious and this has caused my stress hormones to rise, e.g Cortisol, disturbed sleep, needed to go to loo more in night, and very thirsty, so I tried these Quiet Life tablets. Even after taking the first two I'm very impressed, not sure if it's a placebo effect, but I feel really relaxed and calm after just a few hours. Well worth trying if you want a herbal remedy for relaxing or sleep loss. Just make sure you don't take them with other medicines, but it's a good first line of defence if feeling stressed, the label says, "To relieve periods of worry, irritabilility, stresses and strains, promotes natural sleep" Will try for a few days, until I get back to normal with sleep pattern.
