Good Points

Store is well laid out, items are reasonably priced and refund policy is good!


Bad Points

Work suits are sometimes a little 'dull'.


General Comments

Although Next has served me well over the years, since they opened their stores in fact, I have largely been satisfied with the service- they accommodate size 6 individuals, which is great! However, the Next Directory, I have found to be quiet dreadful. Orders are sometimes inaccurate and returning items is by far the worst process with incorrect invoicing and "lost returns" which result in re-submitting the original paperwork. All in all, it is a long, tedious process. I will continue to shop in the high street branches but definitely not through the Directory- far too stressful.
