Bad Points
Contact almost impossible, deadlines missed, customer service unavailable, continually lied to, 11 days after delivery deadline still no delivery
General Comments
Koolprint are a truly terrible company that promised much and delivered nothing to date. They have taken our money - 500 UK sterling - and still not delivered good 11 days after promising delivery. Very hard to conact when chasing delivery status and we have been lied to about revised delivery dates. Can't even get hold of them by phone today. They have however just suggested they can reprint and get it to me in a few days - remember, this is 11 days after it was due .......
