Bad Points

A Fire started in the Electronic panel of a brand new dishwasher model SHX46A05UC installed Jan 06. The whokle right side of the panel is black & burnt. Bosch refuses to replace it even after the repair man called bosch himself to request a new unit since it was his 4th return repair visit on this model. Never worked from day one!


General Comments

Bad machine - faulty wiring & electronic control panel. Bosch should be bending over backwards to replace a lemon that could have started a fire in our home!! Also we bought it at Karl's appliances in Fairfield, NJ & we have gotten the runaround for 1 1/2 months. After spending $9,000 at theirBad machine - faulty wiring & electronic control panel. After spending $9,000 at their store, they have a problem replacing an $830 lemon that they sold us!!!
