When we arrived at around 2 a.m. we were dealt with in a fast and efficient manner and our cases brought up to our room. The room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean and the air conditioning most welcome in the July heat.
The whole hotel complex was clean and well kept and the gardens were beautifully tended. The swimming pool, poolside bar and toilets were clean and there were plenty of activities for the children there.
All the staff were friendly and efficient and nothing was too much bother for them. I was worrried about the food before we went as my husband is a very fussy eater but every day he managed to find a full meal to his liking. The food was fresh, menus were varied and there was food available all day.
I liked the decor of the hotel which was particularly arabic and suited the building itself. The toilets off the reception area were cleaned about every hour and the towels were replaced almost as soon as the others had been disturbed!
On the day we were leaving reception phoned up and arranged when to collect our bags and they were stored safely until our transport arrived.
General Comments
Everything was so well organised at Les Orangers Beach Resort and if I decide to return to Tunisia I would stay there again. I would also have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it to anyone - couples or families.
