Good Points
Fast, expansion ports, screen, available programs

Bad Points
Active sync 4.0 required for windows mobile 5.0, bluetooth only on top-end models, battery life, dell customer service

General Comments
Really enjoy using the Dell Axim. Very easy to use, with some great features. Battery life is rubbish with the standard battery (1100maH). Bluetooth is the only available wireless service on the 416mHz model which it doesn't tell you on the dell website. You can get some great programs for it and it also has a cf and sd expansion slots which is great for storing music, pictures, movies, etc.
