Good Points

The exercises are demonstrated before the actual workout in a separate section.
You can choose the workout with or without the music.
Well thought out total body workout.
Bonus exercises were a great way to add variety and intensity.

General Comments

I got Burn With Kearns because I wanted an exercise routine to keep me fit. As a stay at home dad with 3 children, traveling back and forth to a gym can eat up a lot of time I don't really have.

With Burn With Kearns I can get a full workout without spending a lot of time and I don't need a lot of expensive equipment.

Kevin brings an infectious enthusiasm that's motivational and makes the workout fun. You can tell that he actually likes what he's doing.
