General Comments

On arrival at Aparthotel Puerto Tahiche we turned on the kettle and this blew the whole of the electrics so we had to boil water on the cooker, not a good start. We had a T.V in the room but were told it would cost us to buy a remote but this would have been a waste of money as the TV systems weren't working anyway. We had anice day out to see the Carnival and returned at 2am to find we had been broken into. We were one of 10 couples who had been robbed in the last few hours. When we arrived the reception SOLD (not a deposit) us a key for 27 euros for a lock box, this was crowbarred out of the wall and floor packed into our suitcase and wheeled out, it contained our passports, money, Keys and other personal items a lockbox is supposed to keep safe. When leaving we were offered 5 euros for safe return of the key. You can imagine we won't be returning.
