Bad Points
When you order they don't tell you if item is in stock.
If you email them before ordering the item to see if it's in stock they will lie about the stock level so that you will register your details with them but really they don't have the item.
General Comments
Shoe-shop.com use non existent Sale items to get you to register with the site hoping you will purchase other shoes when your first order is unsuccessful.
