I'm sorry to hear your stories. I've been with the Providian Emerge credit card for over 10 years! First it was FNANB Visa, then Fleet, and now eMerge. I called them in India, and they also hung up on me! They reported that I have all three cards on my credit report and I called to get it taken off with no luck yet!
