    Good Points

    I have had a terrible time trying to get help with hotmail. I have had a problem with emailing anyone with an aol address. I do not see that I have them blocked. I cannot even find help to help me fix it. As of right now, I do not have any good points about hotmail.


    Bad Points

    Hotmail has been nothing but frustrating.
    I cannot send email to anyone with an aol address.

    I have been unable to send emails to anyone with an aol address.
