Very unprofessional
Very bad customer service
I have rented a car with County Rental that I have ordered via internet booking. They've sent me email quote with price and all conditions. How big was my suprise when they charged me 90EUR more for extra kilometers although it was stated in email that there is unlimited milageage. Got on phone talked to what was supposed to be customer sevice. Send them the quote they have returned me 50EUR and said that the rest is for fuel although the agreement with their worker was that we will return the car with full tank what was also done. So quite expensive and stressing car rental. Never again.
