Everything! Easy to do and excellent service.

General Comments
John Lewis made us feel really special - we were sent off round the store to zap all the products we liked, and could then go home and refine or add to our list via the website, or go back into the store to make any changes. Free hot drink and pastry, too. Lots of choice for us to select from, and also lots of ways for guests to make purchases (web, phone or store). Can't fault it!
