Bad Points

Showers were not always hot, but you cannot expect the same standards as a European Hotel!


General Comments

The Marinha Dourada is a wonderful hotel set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings in Goa. The hotel is built alongside 2 lakes where you can fish and take boats out. We went in November, and there were very few children on-site, which was a bonus to us! The hotel has a lovely little restaurant, a great bar (with a great barman), a beauty salon, a gym, a shop and a tailor on-site. They provide a free shuttle every hour too, and from Baga beach, although the walk is about a mile long and lovely in the morning!

Fantastic, friendly, helpful staff! I can't wait to go back again!
