Great taste, and unique consistency.
Bad Points
Can clot, but only on very old, already open bottles.
General Comments
Baileys is essentially the defacto cream liqueur. It's taste, with a hint of cocoa, wonderfully thick cream, and modest amount of whiskey make for a classic drink, particularly served with 2 - 3 cubes of ice.
Some enjoy Baileys in mixed drinks and coffee. It is an appealing flavor, particularly with coffee, but to my tastes, best served with ice.
