General Comments
After the first leg Madrid-Mexico, with horrible IFE and inedible food, I had a Mexicana flight to Monterrey. Staff was very nice and smiling - such a sharp contrast from the surly Iberia crew. There was a really nice Tex Mex inflight meal which actually filled up: burrito with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
When it turned out my luggage was lost (Iberia was involved), I got swift and effective attention, and had the bags directly to my hotel room a very short time after the following flight landed.
