General Comments
After owning a 7610 for over a year, I thought the next logical step forward was the Nokia N70.
Now I wish I`d never bothered.
The 2MP camera is OK but not as clear as I thought it would be, the keyapd is badly positioned (i.e. too far down) and is fiddly to use, the extended menu system is confusing and aggravating, for some reason, wallpaper is distorted and always blurred, the phone is far too bulky and although it has plenty of features (i.e., Orange TV, fireplayer, etc.) they are pretty pointless and just a waste of money. On top of that, add an absolutely appalling battery life, and you've got one to avoid. I just can't see why people rave on about this phone!!
I am trying to think of a positive but am really struggling. Needless to say, I have returned to my faithful 7610 which has similar features and is easier to use. OK, it's only got a 1MP camera and jerky video, but after having to put up with the N70 for a few months it's a welcome return.
I'm getting rid of my N70 afer just 4 months. Thank god for ebay.

Hi - I think you'll find the issue with the blurred wallpaper is an Orange issue rather than the phone as they put their own software on there. It's fine on 3 - very clear and I don't have any crashing problems etc... Perhaps you should try another network if it's not too late - Orange Nokia's also seem to have a problem with distorted ring tones yet again, on 3, they don't! If you've just taken out the contract, either take it back or try and unlock the phone so it's no longer 'Oranged'! Good luck.
