It is ascorbic acid. Better than nothing.
Bad Points
Usual dodgy stearate binders. It is bound with Aspartme, which is evil poison.
General Comments
It is bound with Aspartme, which is evil poison. Whatever you absorb in asc.acid is going to be offset by the damage from methanol. Cheap but there are infinitely better tabs out there.
