Good Points

Incoming voices sound good
It is easy to use
Unlike the Jabra, the charger is shaped to fit, so there's no mistake


Bad Points

The mic sucks badly
No one can hear you clearly, and you have to shout to be heard.


General Comments

The Motorola H500 Bluetooth 1.2 Headset is one of the worst. It's like talking through a rag. The mic sucks. It picks up other sounds better than it picks up your voice. A boom closer to your mouth would be a lot better. These manufacturers haven't figured out that the voice is thrown forward and not back to your earpiece, thus making your voice muffled.
