General Comments

I had my Sony Ericsson W550i mobile phone for just 10 weeks, and it froze twice in this short time. It will not clear, even if the battery is removed. Sony Ericsson did not want to know when I asked for a new phone when it failed for the second time, and they did not reply to my e-mails.

Very poor phone, and a very poor company.

    If Mr. Carter read his sales contract then he may have realised that it is up to the company that actually sold him the phone to repair it. And not Sony Ericsson. So Mr. Carter please read all your information before going on pointless rants.
