General Comments
I love my chocolate and came across another good chocolate bar today. Well I say I came across one what I mean is that I have not had one in years until today. Picnic bar is another chocolate bar I love.
================
History.
================
Well Picnic bars are made by Cadbury a well known chocolate company that makes a load of well known chocolate bars. Dairy Milk and Buttons to mention a few. Cadbury have been around for years now even got their own chocolate company and web site. They only make chocolate bars and chocolate sweets nothing else.
======================
The Picnic bar itself.
======================
Looks a little nobble on the top as this is the peanuts and raisin. OK the chocolate bar is long and pretty thick and covered in chocolate. The Picnic bar like I said has peanuts in and raisin and these are covered in caramel and very chewy. Not a good idea to chew this bar if you have fillings as you might loss one. The closet I would say to another chocolate bar would have to be the Lion bar looks exactly the same.
================
The Wrapper.
================
OK most of the wrapper is purple with red and gold on. Picnic writing down the middle on the chocolate bar. A few peanuts on the top as well. The bar is pretty similar to most other chocolate bar wrappers. Nothing jumps out when you look at it. Opens pretty easy and the bar comes out easy as well.
================
The Taste.
================
OK now the most important thing about this review. Biting into the bar now and yes it's very chewy. Chocolate taste the same as any other Cadbury chocolate yummy and creamy. The raisins you can just taste.
The peanuts are there but unless you bit into one then you can hardly taste them. Which is a shame as I love peanuts. The caramel does over power the chocolate a little bit but you can still taste the chocolate.
Comparing the taste would still be the same. The Lion bar. Not a lot of difference to taste or appearance or the wrapper.
=================
Other Information.
=================
Well this one is obvious really. This chocolate bar does contain nuts so if you are allergic to nuts then just stop well away.
I'm not going to list everything that is in the chocolate bar but mainly all the usual stuff that is in most chocolate bars. This does contain nuts as said up above. Contains many E numbers as well.
=================
Where to buy.
=================
Well you can pick one of these up form anywhere and every where these days. Most sweet shops and supermarkets have this to buy.
You can buy these as single chocolate bars or as a pack. Which you get 3 or 4 in a pack.These also can be found any where. My local Spar shop sells these as single bars and packs.
=================
Price.
=================
OK you can pick one of these bars up for around 50p which lets face it all you can get for that is oh yes another chocolate bar. About the same price every where give or take a few pence.
You can pay any where from a £1 to £1.25 for a pack of these that is just what I have seen this for. Have not seen any lower then a £1 or higher then £1.25.
Again it's like every thing else if you shop around then I'm sure you will find one cheaper.
================
My Opinion
================
Well I just to love these Cadbury Picnic bars as a kid and still do. OK I don't eat them as often as I use to. Have not eaten one of these for years.
They still taste as good as what I can remember. This is another chocolate bar that has stood the test of time. I mean this has not been tampered with or change in anyway. Which that is great. Cadbury seem to be getting rid of a lot of the chocolate bars in the past few years and bringing out new ones. That in my opinion do not taste the same.
Anyway would I recommend this chocolate bar to anyone. Yes as they are so yummy and ideal for a snack when you are a little bit peckish.
Thank you for reading hope this has been helpful to some one.

Cadbury Picnic Chocolate Review
Cadbury Picnic is another of those bars that?s been around forever, but I rarely buy. I can?t put my finger on exactly why ? it just doesn?t appeal to me much.
