General Comments

The OPM Creator web based project management software is easy to use and setup, and your system is instantly created. You don't need to download or install any software. They also offer a free 30 day trial.

The software is easy to use, and it is ideal for organisations that need a simple but effective method to manage their projects and organise teams.

I easily uploaded my own logo and changed the system colours, and the system even comes with your own branded log-in page.

Each user who logs in to the system can only gain access once you have activated their details, and even then they can only see the projects they are assigned to.

The file sharing system is great, with the ability for any user to create folders and sub folders, upload, and view and download files easily. The task management is easy and straight forward, and you can assign tasks to users to track progress and costs if required.

Some of the other features allow you the ability to send project emails that are stored online, discuss issues with team members in project forums and much more.

This software is very cost effective, and it can be purchased online on a monthly pay-as-you-go basis if required. So if you only have a project that only lasts a few months you can just use it for that period of time.

Overall, a great system and simple to use!
