Good Points

I have not found a good point yet!!!

Software impossible to use and no support.

General Comments

I was using Napster and thought I would try something different. I read one review on 24/7 Download that was good and looked no further. BIG ERROR on my part. If I had come to this sight first, I would have save myself a big head ache. No tech support. All responses from customer service were canned no matter what you complain was about. I started to try and find out more about the company once the software would not install correctly. Even though I had never used the software and had paid only 3 hours earlier there was no way to cancel. Call the credit card company and put them on a security alert. I will also report them to any agency that will listen. That and this review is the best I can do for now. Please read the other reviews and decide for yourself.
