I bought a Xclef HD-500 20GB Jukebox MP3 player 2 years ago. I am now on my fourth one; 3 having been replaced free of charge by the supplier. Every kind of problem has occurred: software failure, controls failure, and lastly the power plug has broken away. Don't forget these faults are on 3 different players.
It is no great surprise that the product has been made obsolete. It is a pity as the iPod is not the answer.
We are still waiting for the perfect MP3 player.
