We have a three bedroom home, and we decided to move to Scottish Power (Duel power) as they were the cheapest. It was a very bad move, as on transfer they first agreed monthly Direct Debit payments of £58.00 per month, and 3 weeks went by, and we got a £7,589.43 bill.
Scottish Power blamed Npower (our original supplier). The readings were out, and they did not seem to want to help at all!! WE left the company after a long fight (NOT wanted on our part). I would never return to Scottish Power, due to their level of customer service and lack of concern for their mistake. Once all the sorting out was completed, we actually owed £120.00.
