Calls did not work, and they refused to reconcile it.
General Comments
I was calling, from the US, two countries (both land lines and cell phones in them): New Zealand and Finland. First off, the connection is terrible (and I've used a LOT of cards to call these same numbers). What is even worse is that even though I couldn't USE the cards--we couldn't HEAR each other-- Calling Cards Home would not refund any! What they insisted on doing was, three times for each (at 4am and 5:45am in the local times of the people I was calling!), calling THEIR number to "test the connection" and "work on the lines." Thing is, even after what totalled 12 calls to my friends, which was quite unwelcome and unnecessary, the calls still didn't work, and I still didn't get a refund. I had to complain to their local (San Diego) Better Business Bureau, and they *finally* gave me the credit, two months later. NEVER again would I work with this company or anyone associated with Nobel!!
