Cerberus works at the internet level, instantly preventing unwanted email at source before reaching your network. Spam doesn't traverse your Internet connection, freeing up valuable bandwidth. Spam is stored in a secure quarantine area away from your network. Their website www.knowall-cerberus.co.uk was very self explanatory.
You have to deal with their IT Support to get any new Spam blocked
Cerberus on the whole worked very well for our business! It was set up immediately. It took about four weeks for it to be really helpful.
