General Comments
Oh so slow. Why? There seem enough staff at the marks & Spencer's Coffee Shop in Cheltenham, but they seem to have their own priorities, and these do not include being properly organised to serve you quickly. Some M&S Coffee Shops sell gluten free, but some don't.
