Good Points

Small and easy to handle
Heats up quickly


Bad Points

It doesn't leave hair soft, and it doesn't glide smoothly through my hair like the previous straightener I had.


General Comments

The Babyliss Pro ceramic hair straightener makes a scraping sound as it moves through my hair, and my hair catches underneath the plates.

My previous straightener cost twice as much (it was a Chi) and was well worth the extra money. I have taken the Baybliss straightener back for a refund. Since then I have purchased a Corioliss, which is far superior to the the Baybliss.
