The only good point this phone has is when you drop it it doesn't break!!
Bad Points
Almost everything about it... No memory space, ringtones are not great, and the constant break down.
General Comments
The Motorola V547 is one mobile phone I wish I had never purchased.
The only reason I did get it was because I was supposed to get a free bluetooth headset (which never arrives). It's forever breaking down, and let's face it, anyone who has one must see that it's ugly!
