The place is beautiful, great views, great environmental sightings of whales, turtles, dolphins, seals. Luxury second to none.

Stay away from the time share sales pitches. You may loose $thousands due to fraudulent business practices.
Cannot swim in the beach due to undertow.
Carts are noisy and may awake you at night.

When you arrive at the airport go straight to the taxi or bus. Do not get lured with "free whale watching and other offers", you will loose valuable hours and add stress to your vacation. Once you arrive to the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach you will be greeted by very courteous hotel staff. The rooms are really nice and offer lovely views of the seashore. The hotel is plush, reminds you of a luxurious Spanish hacienda. It has a lovely chapel with antique religious paintings. Three restaurants offer a variety of menus from expensive to reasonable. Because the hotel is built on a cliff you need to wait for special carts to take you from place to place. There are free buses to take you to other Pueblo Bonito resorts such as Rose (which has a beach) and Pacifica (adults only). The pools are nice and waiters are at your beck and call for anything you may need. If you avoid the time share traps that this place sets up, you will enjoy the place and surely will return. If you think of buying a time share beware, the BBB, Squeakywheel and trip advisors are full of sad stories.

  Are you the same guy crying all over trip advisor because you got suckered by your own greed thinking you could rent out your unit and make alot of money? If so, please look in the mirror next time you want to blame someone. Did you actually stay at this resort?

  Yup that is me and I will keep exposing the misrepresentation. I am not the only one. I did stay there and I am passing my experience to as many people as possible.

  What you are doing is not right or helpful to prospective guests. You are certainly on solid ground when you warn others about timeshare traps and how so many buy impetuously and I have done so often on forums. What is not right is the way your reviews resemble vendetta and give one-sided advice...that your aim seems to be revenge...not informing others in a helpful way. And, you take so little responsibility for your foolishness and greed. I too bought and had regrets...but I admit my foolishness....I read the contract...it flat out says in big letters and you have to sign off on it..that nothing not written is part of the contract. We read this and we had them add a sentence for something they said we could have and we had them initial it.

  Thanks for your advice, I will make sure to tone down my comments. My purpose is not to take a vendetta but to make sure that business practices improve. What I stated is the truth exactly as it happened, I admit to being foolish and hope to make sure others are not as foolish as I was. As I take my resposibility so do I hope the bad apple sellers will change their ways.
