Not ENOUGH VOLUME.
General Comments
I have 7 different bluetooth headsets. I have found Motorola's to work the best with range and dependability factors. However, the volume on my Motorola 800, 820 and now the HS850 have all been very very weak. I spent 25 dollars on eBay for a cheap bluetooth headset, and it goes twice the volume of the Motorola. The problem with that one then becomes the range. Very frustrating to spend as much as I have and never find a headset that works as I think it was intended to. Perhaps I can find a bluetooth hearing aid to assist in using the headset. Come on Motorola! I have been a faithful customer for over 20 years, but this is starting to send me elsewhere.

Same here ,I found that the $25 imitation from honk kong gives a better performance then the original from Motorola, Volume is great even im my car with the window open. And I always ask the caller on the other side how the reception comes through and they tell me LOUD and Clear.
I had many people tell me to keep away from Motorola Bluetooth products because of some bad features , so I decided to go for the cheap one from ebay and love its performance and its very comfortable too! perfect match with my RAZ V3
If you want Technology to be made perfect and for a cheaper price, I always say give it to the geniuses they perfect everything, Just like my 93 Toyota tercel with 324,000 km and still runs perfect with out burning any oil
