Need to be aware as the same item is often displayed at 2 different prices

I stumbled on eDirectory.co.uk when looking for a replacement vacuum hoover. The item in particular was a 'Miele Cat&Dog TT5000' hoover. I set my mind on this one after reading raving reviews on various websites and customer forums. The only thing was....I wasn't willing to pay £189 for it from the local retailer.

I began a Google search on the hoover for a reliable and cheap stockist. So many sites turned in results between £170 - £200 but only two search results came in with better deals. These were Coopelectricalshop and Edirectory
Coopelectricalshop is probably the better known company and going with them would of been the safer option but they were asking for delivery charges. I'm like Victor Meldrew when it comes to spending a fair amount of money on something electrical so I have to search for the best bargains, I know.....I'm a tight git! :)
I decided to go with edirectory as overall, they were selling the same item for less and parting with £147 rather than £160 seemed more justified.

I didn't need to register with the website when entering my details which seemed strange at first but actually made things a lot quicker. After entering my card & delivery details I was taken to the confirmation page and that was it. I recieved an invoice for my purchase instantly and now just had to wait for the item to arrive which was stated at 6 - 10 working days. Yes, it does seem long for a delivery (gets better though).

The next day I visited the website again to see how my delivery was shaping up. Took me a while to find the link as unlike other shopping sites, the link was at the very bottom of the page which I normally never look at. After entering my product code, email and postcode, I found that the item didn't appear to have been seen to yet. I carried on browsing through the site and stumbled upon the vacuum hoover model I had bought but in the special offers section. Only thing was, it was up for £170 when I was quoted £147. I got straight onto the phone and through to customer services in no time. The girl on the other end was very polite and looked into my enquiry without any hassle. I was told that whatever I was quoted is what I'd pay. So this was ease to my mind.

To my surprise, the hoover arrived the following day although it states that the item would take 6 - 10 working days. It wasn't wrapped up in any way but seemed to be in good care from the delivery service. So a 2 day arrival had put a nice big smile on my face. After setting the hoover up and presenting it to my Mum, put an even bigger smile to my face as she was over the moon with the performance and how quiet it was. *chuffed*

Because of this service they have given me, I feel obliged to give them a good review so others like me can be more comfortable shopping with this company.
I'd recommend the 'Miele Cat & Dog' to anyone looking for a vacuum that will eliminate animal hair from your home but ..... most importantly, I'd recommend edirectory.co.uk to anyone not sure about the company or to any new online shoppers looking for a reliable and safe stockist.

Conclusion:
I'm sure I'll be using edirectory again in the future.
