Domains cost £4pa not £2pa


General Comments

Easyspace helpdesk is brilliant the guys wouldn't let me off the phone, until they had my query solved. A good level of service and an understandable website.

    Hello!

    Not quite.

    Easyspace have undergone a huge transformation since the beginning of 2006, new processes, new servers, a new control panel - improved products and pricing and thats not to mention the addition of telephone support, Livechat and 24/7 ticketing systems.

    Our participation with Review Centre is intended to be of a positive nature. You'll take note also that we have responded not only to positive reviews, but also to the negative responses.

    Review Centre themselves were kind enough to partition responses which predate 2006 to a separate entry, acknowledging the changes we have made to our service as well as the effort and commitment we are making to our customers.

    I can assure you that if we had time to write reviews about ourselves, I would think we would rate ourselves just a tad higher!

    i think your user ratings speak for themselves as you have a majority of bad feed back.

    i have better things to do than spend too much time on you + we can leave honest reviews to the general public. you get paid to answer comments on forums like this etc.

    plus, i run a search engine optimization business and we sometimes get paid by clients to do damage limitation on forums. we don't do all the jobs we get asked to do, as we sometimes consider them to be in the wrong and the unhappy clients to be in the right.

    i don't dispute your servers have good uptime and are reliable etc, but in my experience and that of the countless clients i used to recommend your service to - your customer service lacks substance.

    the public are not stupid and they can make their own minds up. so even if i am some twisted nutter with a gripe and i have written 10 reviews (which i have not) and you spend too much time on this site and you have written 10 reviews - that still leaves a lot of reviews indicating that if customer service is an important factor when choosing your web host, then maybe it is an issue.

    Hi,

    Your quite right, our user ratings do speak for themselves.

    That's one of the reasons I am even present on this site - to deal with and assist customers who have felt our service to be so bad that they feel the need to post on a public Review site about us.

    I have left no reviews of our service, however, I have responded to comments made about our service - offering assistance to those who have felt we have given poor service.

    I'm not sure how you can possibly distort or think that to be anything but a good thing.
