In direct opposition to the Unhappy Camper's review, I found the response to my questions from Adventure1, and the speed with which my concerns were addressed to be a most refreshing change when compared to many other online businesses in this sector.
The staff were friendly, efficient and bent over backwards to help me in my choice of tent, even though the one best suited to my needs was a whopping 55% off, so profit must have been zero!
I have since returned to this site for various other purchases, online and over the telephone.
Exceptional quality - highly recommended!
