General Comments

I have had the Ariston AWD12 washer dryer for just over two years, and in that time I have had a total of 6 visits, and it is still not working. I am writing a letter today to Coverplan, the alleged repair centre, after I had an engineer in yesterday who could not find a fault with the machine! The fault is that it doesn't work! As he left he said if it doesn't work call the call centre again and order these parts (quoting numbers). The seventh visit will be next week. I would not recommend this machine or the Coverplan service to anyone.
