Good Points
-Small size
-Stores lots of songs

Bad Points
-Constantly locking up and requiring reset
-Cannot use on multiple computers to load songs. It will wipe out all of your songs.
-Problems with ITunes recognizing ipod

General Comments
I would not buy another IPod. I would first check some of the other brands, like Dell's MP3 player. I have had my IPod for approximately 2 months, and I have had constant problems with it locking up and problems syncing with ITunes (ITunes often does not recognize that the IPod is even there). It is definitely not worth the money. I thought I was buying the top brand, but would not buy this brand again.
