General Comments

Although cheap and quite good to look at, the LG C1200 is a really, really basic mobile phone. You will be bored of it within hours, and on that basis alone I would not recommend buying this phone.

The predictive text is awful, especially as you have to select capital letters at the start of each new sentence (it doesn't happen automatically as on most modern phones), which is annoying and time consuming. The in-built wallpaper is amazingly dull and ditto the ring tones. You can't select a volume for the alarm (which is loud and startling first thing in the morning), and you get no choice of ringtone on the scheduler (and can only save up to 20 at a time). The mirror on the front is of absolutely no use as it's too small to see anything in. Apart from that it's passable. Only just.

I found this review not helpful because...All the user does is whine about the phone being dull. Why did she buy it in the first place? To complain that the mirror on the front is small is frankly ridiculous. It's not billed as a high tec phone so why whinge about the boring wallpaper or "only 20 ringtones". It's a basic mobile phone for God's sake - not a Hi-Fi!
