General Comments

Our mortgage protection insurance policy was with M&S originally, and it was transferred to Pinnacle about 2 years ago.

Pinnacle are an absolute nightmare! When you are between a rock and a hard place the last thing you need is an insurance company like them behind you. They will do anything; absolutely anything to get out of paying you.
