General Comments
A visit to Fleetwood branch[Poundstrecher] on 17.2.06. Staff were most unhelpful and uninterested in my query leaving me and a disabled person at the till, [for 8 mins] checking a price [incidentally they did not find the price] no apology for being left to stand. Meanwhile a queue formed. Staff could not make a decision. No manager available. Executives must be wooried if they view the till CCtv footage of what goes on there. Useful footage for Staff Training though. They have lost a customer they may regret this attitude when a new ASDA opens in a month 50 yds from their store.

Not enough staff!! I've worked in shops all my life and usually with this kind of customer service its because there is not enough staff on the shop floor to deal with individual customers, the customer then feels let down by the shop and the company. Poundstretchers sell a wide variety of goods at great value prices, an increase in sales assistants would help achieve customer satisfaction, helpful staff and increased sales!

I wholly agree.
<br>It's not the poor staff who warrant complaining about but the general running of the company. I NEVER take it out on the poor assistant, after all they are usually doing the best they can with minimum wage!
