- Debited my account but never delivered item.
- Email addresses do not work.
- Very high shipping costs.
General Comments
I ordered a set of glasses from Emart.co.uk. They confirmed the order & debited my account but never sent the item.
They have since closed their online store for 'refurbishment' (?!).
The email address on the front page returns a sarcastic comment saying: 'Your email was rejected, sorry it didn't work out this time'.
Fortunately my bank has refunded me but I would seriously NOT recommend using them if their site ever comes back online again!
