Miscommunication between staff members
Incorrect information given
The staff members at London Residential Estate Agents who were dealing with our letting were awful from the start. Financial details were miscalculated, and then demanded almost as if an afterthought once the papers were signed.
Queries were brushed aside and remained unanswered until the subject was forced.
Incorrect information regarding moving dates, furniture and expenses were given throughout the process.
The management agency who also deal with the flat have now cut all ties with London Residential due to the bad press and reviews the latter has received.
