Bad Points
Stugeron causes severe drowsiness
General Comments
After a dose of 2x15mg Stugeron Tablets 2h before an English channel crossing which takes 1h, 3 subjects 2x29y and 1x65y experienced severe drowsiness at about 4h after taking the medication and this feeling of being drugged lasted for at least 10-12h. One subject almost crashed her car. The drowsiness came on relatively suddenly but lasted a long time. This should not be the case for sea-sickness pills. The patient information leaflet/box must be changed such that it states clearly that after taking the tablets the subjects MUST not drive (or use machinery) for at least 12h. Please adjust this - the tablets could have caused the death of one family.

Imizen......sounds like you and the other lady had a lucky escape!
Don't take those mind-bending remedies for travel sickness - get yourself a pot of ground ginger for about 60 pence and stir a teaspoonful into a little water and knock it back a la saloon cowboy. I know it doesn't taste exactly like a Cadbury's strawberry creme, but it will surely settle your tummy and you can repeat the dosage if necessary with absolutely no ill effects.
