Good Points

I think the workout is great! I managed to get my body in proper good shape after Christmas. I do the workout 5 days a week. It really helps when you have a busy lifestyle.

General Comments

I got a great body from doing the Jordan Workout. I went from a size 12 to a size 8. I am only 16 and it works.
