Good Points

They are really good at NOT listening or understanding what customer service is really about.


Bad Points

Totally unhelpful. NO customer service. Poor listeners. No respect for individual circumstances.


General Comments

Where do I begin? GE Capital Woodchester must get awards regularly on their lack of customer service. The calls to you are made morning noon and night, and usually start from 8am and up to 9pm seven days a week. Whatever you tell one person, another rings and you have to explain everything again. Send a form back to them, and the next phone call you get they say they have never received it. Getting someone to understand what you are saying or understand their agents is best if you speak any other language but English.
