Nice looking awning. Has fly screen windows front & back which are fabulous.
Bad Points
All 4 zips failed within the 1st 12 month. Bradcot would not honour their guarantee. Cost £220.00 to replace zips. Bends on door zips too tight making it hard to zip/unzip. Colour fade very fast.
General Comments
We have bought 2 new Bradcot classic awning, both had a zip problem and would never buy another.

All Bradcot zips are "Military Specification" YKK zips. The Bradcot Classic carries a three year guarantee, including the zips. Maybe the reviewer should contact Bradcot directly?
