Sheilas Wheels did seem to give me the best car insurance quote online. However, when I phoned the customer helpline to change some incorrect details on my policy, I spoke to a very unfriendly and unhelpful assistant, paid out for the call and achieved nothing! When my 'amended' policy arrived, the details were still incorrect. Since then I've had similar problems. They've charged me a great deal to add a friend to my policy. I am thinking of changing.
