General Comments
I purchased flowers for Valentines Day for a girlfriend from Teleflora. They arrived 2/15/06 wilted and short. I spent over three hours on the phone over three days, and all I accomplished was receiving a $20.00 refund on a $45.00 order. Oh, and the refund could take up to five days to receive.
